My name is Gloria Labellarte. I am the founder of Transactions on Point. I have been an independent Licensed Transaction Coordinator for 6 years, a licensed Real Estate Agent for 15 years, and a Notary Public for 3 years.
My passion for Real Estate started in Las Vegas, Nevada where I was an Active Realtor where I helped many families find their dream home. In 2007 I decided to move back to my hometown in beautiful Sunny California and obtained my California Real Estate license. Once in California I decided what I loved most about the home purchasing process was behind the scenes. I began working as a personal assistant for a few Top Producing Agents. Working side by side gave me the ability to develop and implement systems to help me remain organized and maintain a high volume of Contracts.
My tireless work ethic, attention to detail, and years of experience understanding the real estate process from beginning to end would be a great asset to your Real Estate business.
